Dr. Jessica Kim, DDS

Dr. Jessica Kim is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine, Endodontics department.

In 1998, Dr. Kim earned her DDS degree from Northwestern University in Chicago where she was on Dean’s honors list. She practiced as a general dentist in the Philadelphia area for five years before she pursued her specialty training in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. During her residency program, Dr. Kim earned a teaching award in the pre-clinical training program. Further, she was an instructor training both general dentists and specialists in micro-endodontics and microsurgery.

Dr. Kim additionally served as a supervisory faculty member for the University of Pennsylvania Dental Community Outreach Program.

Notably, she is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and has published in national peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Kim is also involved with the GIVE-Youth Nonprofit organization and has served as a Sunday school teacher for many years at YSPC.

Dr. Kim believes in strong family values and strives to achieve a balance between family and professional obligations. Her integrity and philosophy extend into her practice where she prioritizes treating every patient as if she were treating a family member.
